David Scott is from Aynor, South Carolina. He has lived in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida through out his young years. He received a bachelors of arts from Florida A&M University in 1967, and a masters of business administration from the University of Pennsylvania in 1969.

Dr. Mark Baker is currently city council member representing District 7 in South Fulton. He was elected in 2017, and is serving his second term.
