Dr. Mark Baker is currently city council member representing District 7 in South Fulton. He was elected in 2017, and is serving his second term. David Scott is from Aynor, South Carolina. He has lived in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida through out his young years. He received a bachelors of arts from Florida A&M University in 1967, and a masters of business administration from the University of Pennsylvania in 1969.
