I grew up in the Dallas area and moved to Georgetown, TX to attend Southwestern University in 1997. I fell in love with the slower pace of life and the charm of the Texas Hill Country.

Since my college days at Southwestern, I've been a performing songwriter and musician. I also serve as guitarist for Macedonia Baptist Church in Georgetown, TX. Musical talent is a gift that brings people joy and transcends the walls that divide us.

In this era of polarized politics, we need public servants who have this mindset to help us heal our country. I've been a homeowner in Liberty Hill, TX for the last 10 years. My girlfriend Nicole and I have 2 dogs, Bonnie and Gigi.

I'm a financial services professional who has spent the last 12 years serving Texas' counties and districts as a field representative and financial educator for the Texas County and District Retirement System. I will seek to use technology to modernize the processes and procedures of the tax office to save taxpayer resources, minimize customer wait times, and to create the optimal experience for the people of Williamson County.
