Justin is married to his wife, with whom he has two daughters. 

Justin currently works in the polymers business with large automotive manufacturers and suppliers. He has experience working in various roles at ExxonMobil in the operations, supply chain, and strategy industries. 

Justin Unser currently serves as a member of the Tomball Independent School District Board of Trustees. He was first appointed in 2019 and elected in 2020. He also serves as vice president of the Tomball Independent School District Board
