Rashe is married to her husband, with whom they have four children and one grandchild. She is chairman of the Clarke County Industrial Development Authority, and is on the Board of Directors for the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce. She is married and has four children, as well as one grandchild.

Stephanie is from Athens, Georgia and attended the Clarke County public school system. She hold's a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Georgia and is currently pursuing a Master's of Business and Technology degree from the University of Georgia College of Business. Stephanie is married to her husband, Jeffery, and has a stepdaughter. She's volunteers at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, and served on the Board for the Clarke County Mentor Program. Additionally, she tutored math to students and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Stephanie owns and operates St. Johns Consulting Group, LLC, an Independent Consulting company. She previously worked for the Athens-Clarke County Finance Department and the Office of Operational Analysis.
