Rashe is the chairman of the Clarke County Industrial Development Authority and also serves on the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is married and has four children, as well as one grandchild.

Rashe, a U.S. Army veteran, is the founder of Farm to Neighborhood, Inc. and the Culinary Kitchen of Athens. As a business owner, property owner, and mentor to entrepreneurs, she is dedicated to promoting healthy, sustainable food systems.

Rashe advises the board of the Food Truck Association of Georgia and was responsible for passing legislation allowing food truck licensure reciprocity between counties.

Stephanie is from Athens, Georgia and attended the Clarke County public school system. She hold's a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Georgia and is currently pursuing a Master's of Business and Technology degree from the University of Georgia College of Business. Stephanie is married to her husband, Jeffery, and has a stepdaughter. She's volunteers at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, and served on the Board for the Clarke County Mentor Program. Additionally, she tutored math to students and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Stephanie owns and operates St. Johns Consulting Group, LLC, an Independent Consulting company. She previously worked for the Athens-Clarke County Finance Department and the Office of Operational Analysis.

Stephanie Johnson

Stephanie Johnson is pursuing an MBA from the University of Georgia. She holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from the same university. Stephanie is married to Jeffery Johnson and has a stepdaughter named Jasmine. She's active in her community, volunteering at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, Clarke County Mentor Program, and serving as a board member of Community and Youth Development Organization. Additionally, Stephanie has tutored math to students of all ages for almost 15 years and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

Stephanie Johnson is a former Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County employee, where she worked in the Finance Department and the Office of Operational Analysis for more than a decade.
