She resides in Clayton County with her fiancé and son. She attends Traveler’s Rest Baptist Church.

Alieka currently works as the Coordinating Supervisor of Instructional Resources for Clayton County Public Schools. She also has experience working in K-12 education.

Political background

Alieka Anderson was elected as Clayton County Commissioner in 2021, representing District 1, and served one term in this position. She also served as Chair and Vice Chair on the Clayton County Board of Education, representing District 8, from 2008 to 2021.

Public Services

Supports improving trash management in the county. As Commissioner, she implemented Trash Pick Up days for District 1.

Wants to provide resources such as Meals on Wheels and recreational activities to senior residents of the county.
