Professional background

Herschel played professional football for fifteen years in the USFL and NFL. Herschel played for the New Jersey Generals, Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, and New York Giants. Herschel also represented the United States in the 1992 Winter Olympics in bobsledding, and went undefeated as a professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter. Herschel has also performed in the Fort Worth Ballet and competed on The Apprentice.
