In American jurisprudence it is the prerogative of the jury to judge both the law and the facts of a case, this has been stolen from us robbing the People of Constitutional due process.

I do believe that during the rare circumstance where the life of the mother is in danger, medical care providers should utilize all available remedies in an effort to save the life of both mother and baby. Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

I think we are going to have to add nuclear energy to our arsenal to keep up with future demand added by population growth and new tech like AI and datamining. With modern designs reactors are safer with walkaway safe features and no meltdowns.
