The Platform
Expand Property Tax Relief and Affordable Housing

• Reduce taxes for fixed income individuals and families living below the poverty line, which will significantly improve the lives of our seniors.
• Fight to eliminate unfunded mandates from the State which unfairly increase the tax burden of our homeowners.
• Apply State funds to the construction of apartment buildings.

All of these issues can be solved by putting more money into the pockets of the lower classes and taxing the upper class at a fair rate. The 3% PA flat tax overburdens the lower class. I believe we can rebalance state taxes to where anyone making under $100,000 would not be required to pay. That, along with supporting Medicare for all and allocating state funds to housing infrastructure should alleviate most of the suffering that occurs in the District.

Support and Protect Small Business

• Review Business Privilege Tax necessity.

• Refute the new PA Dept of State Annual Report filing which began in 2025.

• Work with farmers who grow and distribute locally to get them what they need to continue producing.

• Propose tax credits up to $500,000 for small businesses so they can remain competitive against large corporations.

Agriculture
As a Representative for my District I would implement processes to make locally grown and sourced food products more readily available to the local community. I don’t see the sense in buying out of State meat and vegetables when we have plenty available just down the road.

What are your thoughts on the state budget process? What changes, if any, would you support so that the budget is enacted in a timely manner?
I would support legislation that freezes legislator's income during a government shutdown and if the government shuts down while I'm elected into office, and no such legislation exists, I will pay back a prorated amount of my salary for each day of the shutdown.

Whenever possible, I think Pennsylvania should endeavor to reduce and even eliminate the use of PFAS in consumer products and instead seek to utilize materials which are more easily recycled or biodegradable.

There is no convenience which is worth the destruction of our planet.

Should the state legislature enact laws concerning the impacts on water, energy, or land use from the development and operation of data centers? Would state regulation of data center development and operation interfere with the authority of municipalities to establish ordinances under the MPC (Municipal Planning Code)?
Yes they should. The state needs to protect its resources and welfare of the residents. While state regulations may make it harder to establish data centers in general, it would not impede the authority of municipalities to establish their own codes.

Preserve Clean Air & Water and Promote Recycling and Sustainability
