Mindy is the widow of Tom Fee, former district judge and mayor of Manheim. She has three children, Danielle, Ryan and Abby.

Mindy Fee is a lifelong resident of the Manheim area. She earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. She is the widow of Tom Fee and has three children.

Mindy previously worked as a sales executive for TransAmerican Office Furniture.

Mindy was elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2012 and was reelected six consecutive times.
