Michael ALLEN (Incumbent)
I love Graymoor-Devondale. My family moved to Applewood Lane from Winchester, KY when I was 8 years old. I grew up in this city, graduated from Waggener, and moved to UofL for college. After getting my Mechanical Engineering degree and traveling the country establishing a career in the energy industry, I knew there was only one place I wanted to raise my own family – here.

After getting my Mechanical Engineering degree and traveling the country establishing a career in the energy industry, I knew there was only one place I wanted to raise my own family – here. Now, along with my wife and two boys (ages 5 and 2) that is exactly what we are doing. We take walks, visit with neighbors, and enjoy the sense of community that this city offers - the same things I did growing up here.

Michael Allen is originally from Winchester, Kentucky, and grew up in Graymoor-Devondale. He graduated from Waggener, attended the University of Louisville, and earned a degree in mechanical engineering. He and his wife are raising two sons.
