Tolton is a senior program officer at the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, where he focuses on economic mobility and affordable housing. He joined the foundation in September 2023. Before that, he served as manager of strategic partnerships and grant programs at The Home Depot Foundation, overseeing a $13 million annual grantmaking portfolio.
