Jeff Tarte is a former sales executive with IBM and a former Partner at Ernst & Young. He co-founded Applied Revenue Analytics, where he served as CEO. He was recognized as the NC Public Leader of the Year in 2018 by NC Tech.

Jeff Tarte served as a State Senator for three terms and as a Mayor for three terms. During his tenure, he chaired the Oversight Committee for over 20 North Carolina state agencies and the NC Cybersecurity Committee. He has been involved in public service for over three decades.
