Antoinetta is a native of Person County, having grown up in Allensville and spent time in the Timberlake and Rougemont communities. She graduated from Person Senior High School, earned her bachelor's degree in biology and criminal justice from North Carolina Central University, and her master's degree in social work from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Antoinetta is a member of Greater Clegg's Chapel Community Missionary Baptist Church in Timberlake. She is married to Maurice, with whom she has 6 children and 4 grandchildren.

Antoinetta is a trainer and program consultant with the NC Department of Health and Human Services Division of Social Services, where she trains child welfare social workers across North Carolina. She has previously worked at Person County Department of Social Services, starting as a Work First Social Worker and retiring as the Social Work Program Manager in 2021.

Antoinetta Cash Royster is a native of Person County, having grown up in Allensville and spent time in the Timberlake and Rougemont communities. She attended North End Elementary School, Northern Junior High, and graduated from Person Senior High School in 1994. Antoinetta is a member of Greater Clegg's Chapel Community Missionary Baptist Church in Timberlake. She is married to Maurice Royster, with whom she has a blended family of six children and four grandchildren.

Antoinetta Cash Royster is a trainer and program consultant with the NC Department of Health and Human Services Division of Social Services, where she trains child welfare social workers across North Carolina. She has previously worked at Person County Department of Social Services, starting as a Work First Social Worker in 2005 and retiring as the Social Work Program Manager in 2021. Her past roles have included positions at Duke University Medical Center, LabCorp Center for Molecular Biology and Pathology, and various retail and leasing jobs. Antoinetta holds a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Antoinetta Cash Royster has been active in her community, serving on fifteen committees that serve Person County over the past 18 years. She is currently on the leadership team for B.A.S.I.C., the Person County Education Foundation Board, the Earl Bradsher Preschool Health Services Advisory Committee, and the National Night Out planning committee. She was also a member of the steering committee that established Person County's Children's Advocacy Center in 2022 and is the Chair of Minority Affairs for North Carolina's Congressional District 4. Antoinetta is running for County Commissioner, although it is not specified if this is her first time running for an elected office.
