Andy resides in Lexington, Kentucky, with his wife Davis and their 2 daughters. He earned a bachelor's degree in government and philosophy from the University of Virginia and a law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He attends Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Lexington.
