Ken Fleming managed his family’s aerial surveying and mapping company and was elected as national president of his business association. He worked in the finance industry for 10 years and currently manages a not-for-profit mental health counseling center.

Ken Fleming has served as State Representative for District 48 for three terms and was a Louisville Metro Councilman from 2003-2014. He is the Chair of the Budget Review on Health & Family Services and serves on several committees, including Budget Review Personnel, Public Retirement & Finance, Legislative Oversight and Investigation, and Local Government (Vice Chair). Fleming is running for re-election in November 2024.
