Jared Bauman is a life-long resident of Southwest Louisville and attended Saint Polycarp and Saint Xavier for his early education before earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville. Jared Bauman worked for a local steel company for two years after graduating from the University of Louisville. For the last 14 years, he has worked for an industry-leading specialty chemical company where he currently serves as the Continuous Improvement Manager for North America.
