Judicial Philosophy

Said, "With the federal courts withdrawing from so many of these fights the only protections Georgians have left are in our state Constitution. And the Georgia Supreme Court has the last word on what it means."

Advocates for the need to have Justices on the Georgia Supreme Court who will protect the right of women and their families to make personal family and health care decisions.

Believes Pinson, by supporting Mississippi and Alabama in the Roe v. Wade reversal, failed to represent Georgian women and families.
