He and his wife, Sara Beth, live just north of Tucker.

Andrew was previously a Judge on the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Solicitor General of Georgia, the Deputy Solicitor General of Georgia, an Associate at Jones Day, a law clerk for the Honorable Clarence Thomas and for the Honorable David Sentelle.

Andrew Pinson is currently the Supreme Court of Georgia. He was appointed to this position in 2022 by Governor Brian Kemp, and this is his first election.
