Lisa is from Michigan. She has now lived in Georgia for 27 years. She has a bachelors of science from Oakland University, a masters of science from Troy University, and a doctorate of education and education specialist degree from Piedmont College. She is married and has two children.

Lisa is a Professor of Education at Brenau University. She has 20 years of teaching experience in elementary schools.
