Donna is from Jamaica, and was raised in Canada. She became a US citizen in 2012. She moved to Georgia in 1998.  She earned a degree from Humber College. She is a mother and a proud grandmother.

Donna is the President/Chief Executive Officer for Enviroqual, LLC.  She is also the Founder of Community Action Network Initiatives for the last 8 years. She perviously worked at FedEx-SEMC/Insight Global, Immucor, DePuy Synthes Companies, Medical Packaging Technologies, and Sweet Ripe Drinks. She was also a grassroots Organizer for Senator Obama's 2008 Presidential Campaign.
