Jacqueline lives in Houston County. She and her husband have been married for 46 years. They attend Greater Springfield Missionary Baptist Church.

Jacqueline is a veteran of the United States Air Force. She worked at Robins Air Force Base for 33 years. She also worked as a poll worker and election registration worker for Houston County.
