Bryan Holubec is originally from Texas and earned a bachelor's in construction science from Texas A&M University.

Bryan currently works as development manager at Tiemann Land and Cattle Development, Inc. He previously worked at D.R. Horton as a land development and field project manager and as a construction superintendent. He also serves as a director of Williamson County Municipal Utility District No. 30 and as vice president of small districts for the Central Texas School Boards Association. Bryan served eight years in the United States Marine Corps as a combat engineer officer.



Bryan is currently the president of the Thrall ISD Board of Trustees. He was first elected to the board in May 2011 and is currently serving his sixth term.
