Scott Hiler earned his bachelor's degree in agribusiness from Texas A&M University and his master's degree in finance from the University of North Texas. He lives with his wife, Amy, and three children in Bridgeport, Texas. 

Scott is the owner of Ink'N'Stitch, a promotional products company. He previously worked as a coach at CrossFit Exodus, a forecasting manager at TD Ameritrade, and a site operations manager at Fidelity Investments. 

Scott is currently a member of the Bridgeport ISD School Board, Place 6. He was elected in 2023 and is currently serving his first term.
