Said, "The City Council took a vote and all were in favor to accept the petition for Hughes Lumber, LLC to annex into the Whitesboro city limits. The council also gave authorization to City Administrator Julie Arrington to enter into a development agreement for said annexation. Arrington confirmed this agreement would pay for a portion of the lift station that the city would be required to build for that project."
