Lisa Niedermeier lives in Seagoville, Texas. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. She has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity International, the Entrepreneurs of North Texas, and the North Texas Food Bank. She lives with her family and attends Church on the Hill, where she serves on the construction management team and the audiovisual team.

Lisa currently works as a senior asset manager at Ashland Greene, a real estate company. She previously worked as an asset manager at the Tabani Group, Inc. and the Billingsley Company, an assistant controller at First Worthing, and the chief financial officer at Tomlinson-Leis Corporation.

Lisa's campaign for the Seagoville, Texas, City Council is her first campaign for public office.
