Ashley is an entrepreneur. She has built and scaled startups using lean strategies, smart systems, and technology. She also invested in one of Keller's oldest historic buildings, 139 Olive, reimagining it as a boutique event venue and community space. 

Ashley owns her own business, Kickin' It Media Group, a media consulting company.

Ashley previously served on the Keller Economic Development Board.
