Linda Aldrich is from Austin, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.

Linda currently works as the director of operations at the Lake Travis Youth Association and a facilitator and trainer at High and Low Ropes Independent Consultants. She previously worked as a substitute teacher at Lake Travis Independent School District, a first grade teacher at Baranoff Elementary School, a co-director at The Outdoor School, an adventure coordinator with the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department, an environmental leadership program facilitator at the Mo Ranch Conference Center, a natural history director at Y.O. Adventure Camp, and an after school care instructor at the Crenshaw Athletic Club.

Linda currently serves as an alder in the City of Briarcliff, Texas. She was first elected in 2006 and is serving her tenth term.
