As your congressman, I will push for federal regulation of A.I. and of data centers. We cannot continue to let A.I. companies run unchecked, and we must protect our farmland from being exploited. If communities support the construction of a data center, there must be a community benefit agreement between the corporation and the local community that requires data centers to deliver on local jobs, infrastructure investment, and tax contributions BEFORE breaking ground.
