Texans pay some of the highest property tax rates in the nation, causing people to move out of state to retire. While the government will boast about tax caps and rate freezes that don’t work anyway due to increased appraisals, I have a multi-year plan to eliminate property taxes entirely by drastically reducing government spending and slightly raising the sales/consumption tax. Ensuring that Texans have medical freedom and can give or withhold consent for any vaccine or medical treatment without coercion, are not discriminated against based on vaccine status, and are not faced with any vaccine or medical mandate by public or private entities.

HB 3441, a bill I authored and which was a Republican Party Priority, successfully passed, holding vaccine manufacturers accountable for injuries caused by their advertised products. This measure ensures transparency and protects Texans from Big Pharma.

Securing the integrity of Texas electricity production and delivery of abundant, reliable, and resilient energy, ensuring that the Texas grid can withstand any natural or manmade threat to include weather, cyber, physical, electromagnetic pulse (EMP) and geomagnetic disturbances (GMD).

I will fight to stop cement kilns and quarries from destroying our quality of life, health, and property values. Texas needs materials to fix our roads and homes, but these operations should never be placed next to our neighborhoods, churches, and schools. They need to be built and managed responsibly. I oppose the current proposals in our district, which have virtually no public support, and I will work in the House to ensure they relocate.
