Oscar Rosa has been a licensed pharmacist for over thirty years and a successful independent pharmacy owner for the last eighteen. He graduated from Edcouch-Elsa High School in 1985 and continued on to A&M, UTSA, and the University of Houston, where he graduated from the College of Pharmacy with honors in 1992. He earned his Master’s Degree in Theology from the Augustine Institute in Denver in 2020.

He has been married to Cynthia Rosa for 29 years and together they have five children.

A strong Pro-Family and Pro-Life Catholic, he has taught Catechism/RCIA for over 16 years at Catholic Parishes.
