One of the biggest challenges our district faces is balancing high academic expectations with the growing academic, social, and emotional needs of students. Additionally, supporting and retaining high-quality teachers while managing resources responsibly in budget remains critical.

To address these challenges, I would prioritize strong instructional support for teachers, ensure resources are allocated effectively, and advocate for programs that support the whole child. Investing in teacher development and maintaining open communication with staff will help retain excellent educators. I also believe in using data thoughtfully to guide decisions while keeping students at the center of every choice.
