Question: What changes, if any, will you make to improve customer service? Nolan: Comparing the Precinct 3 office with other offices in the county and other counties, I believe that several improvements can be made. Electronic filing is the norm now for most courts across Texas, including many justice courts. I will work towards having both an accessible method of electronic document filing as well as a customer-oriented help desk where documents can be filed in person. This will be a tremendous time saver for all citizens, attorneys and the staff.
