Judge Kelly Crow has proudly served as the Justice of the Peace for Precinct 1, Place 1 since January 1, 2019, and continues to serve in that role today. A lifelong Fort Bend County resident, Kelly grew up in Mission Bend and graduated from Alief Elsik High School. She attended Texas A&M University, initially pursuing a dream of becoming a veterinarian before realizing her true passion was in law. Kelly earned her degree from Texas A&M in 1994 and went on to graduate from South Texas College of Law in 1997, becoming a licensed attorney later that same year.

Kelly’s career reflects more than two decades of dedicated public service to Fort Bend County.
