Adam is an attorney. He is the managing attorney at Swartz|Davidson Law, a full-service law firm. He previously started his own law firm, which he later merged with another firm. Before attending law school, he led initiatives at Sheridan's Lattes & Frozen Custard, a dessert boutique, and served as a board member for two theater companies. 

Adam is currently a justice of the peace for Dallas County, Precinct 3, Place 1. He was elected in 2022 and is currently serving his first term.
