Jessica Jaramillo is from Yuma, Arizona. She has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and biology from Stephen F. Austin State University and a law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston. She lives in Rosenberg, Texas, with her husband, Cecilio Moreno, and their children.
