MOTION TO APPROVE APPLYING FOR GRANT
7. There came on to be a motion to approve applying through the Texas Department of State Health Services Texas Spay and Neuter Program for funding to help increase the amount of low cost spay and neuter surgeries for Kaufman County residents and unowned cats and dogs. Motion was made by Commissioner Skeet Phillips and seconded by Commissioner Kelly Lane. Motion was put to a vote. Motion carried and is so ordered.
