Justin and his wife, Victoria, are raising their three children near St. Mary’s University on San Antonio’s west side.

Justin began his career as a juvenile prosecutor for the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office.
Political background
Justin was appointed Bexar County Commissioner for Precinct 2 in 2019 and was elected in November 2020 to complete the remaining two years of an unexpired term. He was elected to the Texas House of Representatives for District 125 in 2012, serving three full terms and winning election to a fourth term in 2018. He previously represented District 7 on the San Antonio City Council for two terms from 2007 to 2011 after being elected to the San Antonio Independent School District Board of Trustees in 2004, where he served for three years.
