At just 19, Rob became CFO of his family’s third-generation business, Kuharchik Construction. By the time he became CEO, Rob had grown the company’s footprint across Pennsylvania, securing financing to expand operations and support more than 150 working families.

Rob later founded RPB Ventures to invest in revitalizing Northeastern Pennsylvania, rehabbing historic buildings in downtown Pittston and creating new opportunities for local entrepreneurs.
