Andrea Verobish earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a Master of Public Administration from Gannon University. She lives in Allegheny Township with her husband, Don, and their two daughters.

Verobish previously worked as a field representative for U.S. Representative Glenn Thompson, a legislative aide to State Senator John Eichelberger, an income maintenance caseworker for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, and a data coordinator for the Greater Johnstown School District.
