What are your thoughts on the state budget process? What changes, if any, would you support so that the budget is enacted in a timely manner?
I don't think it requires changes in the process of the budget. The problem is that parties can't seem to get it together to enact the budget in a timely manner, which requires communication and negotiations, possibly compromises. Working as a team instead of teams.

Said timely state budgets require communication between parties, negotiation, possible compromise, and teamwork rather than procedural changes.
