Twenty Years of Service

> “What I learned from twenty years in the military is what we need now more than ever in Harrisburg: showing up, working together, and fighting for a common goal is what matters. Not political party. Not a person’s background. Just doing what you should, because it’s the right thing to do.

Economy

### Make Life More Affordable

Joe will focus the state budget on our shared priorities: education, public safety, job creation, and economic growth, so Pennsylvania spends wisely instead of just spending more. By unleashing the assets that already make this state strong, our schools, our healthcare research institutions, and our energy sector, Harrisburg can spark the kind of growth and innovation that brings costs down for everyone.

Education

### Improve Education

By staying focused on accountability, investment, and innovation, Joe wants every student to leave school with the tools they need to succeed, and every parent to have the say they deserve in choosing the right path for their child.

Community

### Protect Our Community

Joe supports a moratorium on new data center development until real guardrails are in place, ones that protect residents’ voices, preserve local control, and safeguard the environmental assets that make our communities special. No family in the 167th should see their utility bill climb to subsidize energy for a massive data center down the road.
