Frank J Pastella is self-employed as a commercial and residential contractor.

Opposes what he describes as disproportionate state-budget allocations to Philadelphia and Harrisburg.

I read our state budget. This year over 14 billion to Philadelphia and over 12 billion to Harrisburg. That's out of 53 billion. They send way too much of the states' budget to cities that don't have a tax base to support their infrastructure. So the rest of the state get peanuts when the budget comes out.

Data Centers: Understanding the Facts and Listening to Our Community The rapid growth of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, online banking, healthcare systems, e-commerce, and digital communications has created an increasing demand for data centers across Pennsylvania and the nation. Data centers are the facilities that store, process, and transmit the information that powers much of our daily lives.

As a candidate for State Representative, I believe it is important for residents to have access to factual, balanced information about proposed developments in our communities. Data centers present both opportunities and challenges that deserve thoughtful discussion.

My Position I believe every proposed project should be evaluated on its own merits.

Communities deserve transparency, accurate information, and a meaningful voice in the decision-making process.

Proposes data-center rules including 800-foot setbacks, closed-loop cooling, solar-panel roof coverage, 30-foot height limits, holiday shutdowns, and a 2.5% Bitcoin tax.

I came up with a list of regulations for data centers. 1. 800 foot set backs. 2. Closed loop cooling systems. 3. 75% Roof coverage of solar panels. 4. Mandatory shut downs during major holidays 5. Charge a tax on bit coin miners. 2.5% on every bit coin. 6. Hight of the buildings not to exceed 30 feet in height.

Calls for evaluating proposed data-center projects individually and providing communities with transparency, accurate information, and a meaningful role in decisions.

Calls for requiring mail-ballot applications and matching voter identification numbers, with ballots lacking a matching application voided.

If you go back to the original election laws, You could only vote if you were there in person. Then during the civil, war they added mail in ballots for everyone going away to war. I feel that mail in ballots need to be applied for 100% of the time,, Each application gets assigned a voter ID number ( associated with the voter ), when the ballot goes out, it has the same voter ID number on it. This way when you scan the mail in ballot, and it does not have an application married to it, the ballot is void.

its 2026. I'm still confused why we use paper ballots.
