What do you see as the most pressing issues facing residents of your district, and how would you address them? 1. The affordability of basic living expenses, stemming from poor Biden era policies, are pressing issues. These issues should be addressed through tax cuts, less unnecessary regulation, healthier competition, and better overall government policies (e.g., providing stronger incentives for hospitals to develop large endowments, leading to huge patient discounts). 2. Choice in education is another pressing issue.

OUR VISION
Fiscal Responsibility

Reducing the tax burden on hard-working families is a top priority. We advocate for responsible budgeting and fiscal discipline to ensure long-term economic stability for all.

Jeff Fartro for State House

Calls for reducing unnecessary regulation and promoting healthier competition to address living expenses.

Calls for stricter budget deadlines and enforcement, along with technology to streamline the state budget process.

What are your thoughts on the state budget process? What changes, if any, would you support so that the budget is enacted in a timely manner? Under the current Governor's administration, the State Budget has been passed very late for several years, and this tardiness does not need to happen. To remedy the situation, stricter deadlines and tougher enforcement of the deadlines must be implemented. Moreover, better technology needs to be used to streamline the budget process. Perhaps the best way, however, to improve the budget process would be to elect a Republican Governor, State Senate, and State House, thereby eliminating many of the conflicting priorities that exist between Republicans and Democrats.

Education

Said data-center laws could be helpful if based on realistic problems rather than “fearmongering ginned up by anti-progress, anti-American forces.”

Should the state legislature enact laws concerning the impacts on water, energy, or land use from the development and operation of data centers? Would state regulation of data center development and operation interfere with the authority of municipalities to establish ordinances under the MPC (Municipal Planning Code)?
Passing some laws regarding data centers could be helpful but only if the possible problems are realistic. The research and care on this issue must be based on the genuine realities, not fearmongering ginned up by anti-progress, anti-American forces.

Energy & the Environment

As of October 16, 2026, Jeffrey T Fartro’s website did not contain information on this issue.

Public Safety

Supports implementing the SAVE Act, which he said would better protect voting from fraud, including “illegal aliens voting.”

What changes, if any, would you support to enable better access, ensure security, and support the processes of our elections? The most obvious needed change would be the implementation of the SAVE Act, still pending in Congress. This change has broad public support, with 80% of the American public in favor of it. It would better protect voting from many types of fraud, including illegal aliens voting. Another ongoing change should involve better fact-checking for major news media outlets, agencies that have been proven to be very biased and, on occasion, downright dishonest.
