Maureen Madden earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Marymount Manhattan College and a Master of Arts in communication from Marywood University.

Madden’s professional background includes work in public service and communications.

Madden has served as the Democratic representative for Pennsylvania House District 115 since 2017. She currently chairs the House Aging and Older Adult Services Committee.
