Brad Scott earned a bachelor's degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University, a master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Gardner-Webb University.

Brad is the Department Chair of Business programs at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in Asheville, North Carolina. He works at A-B Tech, where he oversees faculty, manages curriculum, and handles budgets for business, economics, marketing, accounting, and finance courses. He also leads Studio Circeo, a North Carolina–registered firm that helps entrepreneurs develop ideas, form businesses, and plan strategic growth. He previously worked in financial management, operations management, and international business.
