I attend a Messianic Jewish synagogue livestreamed from Macon, GA called Beth Yeshua International. My belief is such that God reigned, God reigns and God will reign forever. He gave us his word through the Bible that we should follow the teachings and, only through rebirth in the spirit, will we have everlasting life.

Yes

Our education system was decimated during Covid, leading to a horrendous reduction in the aptitude levels of our children. Couple that with the introduction of inappropriate learning material, especially in the curriculum of our younger children and it's no wonder why students are testing at a much lower level than pre-pandemic numbers. I will voraciously fight to protect the future of our students, ensuring that basic tenets of education - Reading comprehension, mathematical ability, writing competence and actual scientific education - are the core of our curriculum.

Education

Our southern border has become a superhighway for illegal entry to our country, with invaders from over 190 countries pouring in unchecked. Here in NC, and in District 60, we are already seeing an influx of these illegal aliens. I will work with the legislation to ensure that these individuals, whose backgrounds we are unaware of, are not relocated to our neighborhoods. There are legal pathways for entering this country for a reason and we need to adhere to the laws that are already in place, while strengthening our security with new legislation.

I am very passionate about Veteran's affairs. Seeing firsthand the challenges my father has gone through for care while also seeing how, in relation to many others, he has been lucky has led me to pursue this direction. It is a travesty that those who were willing to fight and die for the freedoms we all enjoy are treated like second class citizens upon returning to civilian life. I will fight to support these individuals through meaningful legislation and funding until every veteran is taken care of.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

It is. Israel is one of, if not our closest, ally. The Bible states that Israel was given by God will not be destroyed. We are rapidly seeing the onset of the end days, where all will come against Israel. It has to happen for the return of Jesus, however that doesn't preclude us from defending our brother and sisters in Israel.
