- District Court judges hear civil, criminal, and juvenile cases. Civil cases dealing with divorce, child custody, and child support are heard in District Court.

Darren Allen is from Asheboro, North Carolina. He has a bachelor 27s degree from Western Carolina University and a law degree from Campbell University School of Law. 

Darren is a district court judge. He previously served as Randolph County Attorney, representing the county in litigation before trial and appellate courts. He has also worked in private practice, protecting the rights of litigants and the accused, and served as a prosecutor.
