- District Court judges hear civil, criminal, and juvenile cases. Civil cases dealing with divorce, child custody, and child support are heard in District Court.

Kevin Boxberger is from Fort Wayne, Indiana. He has an associate's degree from the Community College of the Air Force, a bachelor's degree from Colorado Technical University, and a law degree from North Carolina Central University.
